Honestly, I do not use the word "trust," and I usually do not trust my sharp-tongued Louisianian mother's R.I.P. (also affectionately known as Madea) vintage Nissan Axxess in the hands of auto repair shops. On the other hand, I trust Ray-A-Motive because I am welcomed, greeted respectfully and feel at home when I enter Ray-A-Motive's customer lobby, with comfortable chairs, free WiFi and added amenities such as coffee, muffins, and other snacks.

Just came for a smog check, but two people who helped me out were fast, efficient, friendly. Place was clean, had snacks and coffee. Real plants! I'm glad to have found another car place in my neighborhood that, when I need service, I won't hesitate to go there.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Brought my 1997 Subaru wagon in for a variety of issues . I get a clear and straightforward idea of the issues before any serious work began, which included a spot-on estimate. The work is great, and I was able to smog and register my old dinosaur 🦕. I look forward to going back to address other issues with my vehicle. I feel comfortable wholeheartedly recommending Ray A Motive to family and friends.

I've been taking our cars to Ray for over 20 years. Ray is a super stand up guy, is a member of Bellflower City Council and has been mayor in the past as well. His shop is top notch, clean and professional. I don't know of another auto shop or dealership I would rather use.

We've always had great service from Ray and the guys. We have 3 vehicles and take each one of them to Ray for repairs, routine service, smog, or whatever else they need. We've been going to Ray for years and have never been disappointed. From little minor annoyances to serious major work, we're thankful Ray-A-Motive is here for us.

My 1989 Corvette needed work on the emissions system. They were able to diagnosis multiple complex problems and repair it correctly. The emission results were excellent and the car runs great!
