I was pleasantly surprised from my first visit to Ray A Motive for electrical issues with my car. They were warm and friendly, explained everything they were going to do, and kept me informed of the progress. Also, their facility was clean, neat, and orderly.

Went for a diagnose and got charged nearly 200 for a hybrid car when the price listed was less. Didn't recieve a copy of the diagnoses and when I asked they didn't have one cause I paid for a "technician" to turn it on, look at my engine, and tell me something is broke in the transmission. That's what I told them when I took it to them! Overall they told me $7,000 to $10,000 for jus one transmission. Went in with trust and left with disappointment typical mayor of Bellfluwer. BTW they don't take payments over the phone. If u can't afford to pay for fix u must come in without a car and pay.
