Absolutely fabulous! I called for an oil change and they got me right in. Very helpful, very detailed, very courteous! They also did a courtesy inspection of everything to make sure all was well. The most professional staff, I am always able to walk in at the last minute and began the service cycle. It may take a day or two to complete, base on parts but the repairs are very detailed. I am always confident that the best service has been done.

They performed the work. I wouldn’t come here again. I received scowling looks and side eye glances, and a stand-off service. I don’t agree with one of the extra charges tacked on towards the end. One of my tires blew out under their care and nobody notified me until I picked up my car.

The other day, I backed our Ford Edge back down the driveway and noticed a small puddle of oil and large drips following the vehicle out. I took my Edge to Ray's expecting the worst. Result? A leaking oil filter. One oil change later, good to go. A crooked auto repair shop could have said I had a blown head gasket or some other costly repair I didn't need and bill me $1000 for an oil change. Quality services at fair prices. And they only repair what's broken. Best shop in town.

Took my car in for the 120K maintenance and a brake check. Very impressed with my interaction with various personnel. Work was done in timely manner, the bill was easy to interpret and the car runs so much better.
