Ray a motive diagnosed the problem that I had

Brake /hydro boost system

Please!!! if you read this don’t come to this place, if you are new and don’t know about cars this place will try to take advantage like they did with my aunt. She took her car because in the dash board asked to replace the 12v battery, they told her that maybe it was other thing that they will check all the electric system, and she just told them to change the battery, they insisted and my aunt accepted so they can replace the battery, they call her Monday telling her that in did it was the battery and that they will charge her 500 for replacement!!!! Really!!!! For battery change?!! So we went to pick up the car and they charged her 150 for the inspection. If I could give negative stars I do it but people be safe.

Just a phone call so far, but I can see why ratings are high. I definitely will use them if need arises.

I was there for a airbag certification which was supposed to be $144. After my vehicle was there for more than 5 days they said that they need it to do a diagnostic and hit me for another $144 Total $299. Very unscrupulous because they should of done the diagnostic first to determine if the airbag can be certified. Then they gave me an estimate for $2100 for supposed additional work and could not guarantee that the airbag ws going to be functioning. I took my car to another shop and it only cost me $340 including the repairs that Ray Atomotive was trying to charge me for.

As always the guys at Rayamotive are professionals. I went for a routine maintenance, and they found some issues that I didn’t know existed. Long story short, I might not be writing this review today if it wasn’t for guys at Rayamotive. Thank You Tony! 🤯😃

I had a great experience at Ray-A- Motive. I called Monday morning for an oil change and smog check for my truck. Tony helped me by listening to my problems and was able to fit me in for same-day service. Scott helped me once I got in and he went over the costs. Ray gave me a shuttle ride to where I work. I got a call to let me know of any other possible problems should I want to have them do them before I came to pick up my truck. My truck was ready to be picked up after work. The overall experience was great.
