Ray a motive is a very clean place. My experience was nothing but the best I have dealt with in years. Jake was very thorough explaining what type of oil change my car needed. Very pleased with this place.

Professional service is #1 at Ray A Motive. The dealer couldn’t get me in for 7 days and advised that my car could be there for 10 Days. This place is a complete scam car got taken in to fix a oil leak. Yet somehow they fixed 2000$ worth of stuff that wasn't broken or anything wrong with. Somehow the engine is still leaking profusely. Took it in for a 2nd opinion, they let us know that the oil leak was never fixed let alone looked at. My main question is what did they do for $2000?! We brought the car back to let them know they didn't fix what they said they fixed and they wanted to charge another $1000 for more repairs. I would give this place negative stars if allowed. The crew is unprofessional plus they had moldy muffins sitting out in the lobby for customers l.
