In the past eleven years I have had every kind of repair and maintenance you can imagine done at Ray A Motive. I have enjoyed meeting Ray’s family and several of the Technicians. My work in the transportation industry gave me the opportunity to interface with the maintenance and repair of just about anything that moves. This allowed me to evaluate numerous mechanics and facilities on every level. Ray’s place is absolutely immaculate and the techs are some of the best I have ever seen. The tech that works on my Motor Home (Mark) is a true professional, he is not just a wrench turner replacing parts. This is his career, his craft, he puts everything into every repair without compromise. Mark exercises an astonishing amount of effort to assure it is done right the first time. The two year 24,000 mile warranty is really nice and I have used it a couple times. Sometimes replacement parts fail, and even though the failure is not Ray A Motive’s fault, I am always met with the same big smile and positive attitude. When I ask about any charges they always say “No Charge it’s under Warranty!” When I drop my vehicles with a list detailing my repair requests, they always follow all of my instructions down to the smallest item. I travel over twenty miles one way to Ray A Motive, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am a single, divorced woman who takes care of my car. Ray was recommended by a good friend because of my past experience with auto repair shops. I took my car in for an oil change, and guess what . . . . that's all I needed. One repairshop even told me that I would not make it home alive with the brakes on my car, little did they know, I had the brakes replace the previous month. How refreshing to have an honest person in the car repair business! Ray is my go to!

We have four cars listed with you and we trust no one but Ray-A-Motive with our cars. We know the work will be done correctly and if there is a problem it will be corrected in a timely mater.

The reason I only gave a 3 star rating is because I asked for a smog check for a LS3 engine and I showed them the number for the engine. I was told this can not be done and to call a number. I called the number and again I was told I did not need any other paper or labels to have a smog check. I called Ray Motive back and stated what I was told and then was given the okay to bring the car in. The car was there all day, but the smog check was done and passed. Otherwise a five star rating. They do good work.

The service was completed very quickly (completed within a day!) and the technician was very professional. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and the end result and would absolutely recommend Ray-A-Motive. Thank you!!!
